Coaching

At T3 Triathlon we encourage you to be selective when choosing a coach.  We are extremely passionate about what we do!  We are firm believers in coaching with integrity and maintaining quality.  Our vision is to help our clients achieve their goals, whether it be setting personal records and reaching their full athletic potential, or to simply maintain fitness and enjoy the company of others who share the same hobby.  We love building relationships with our clients and we believe communication is key.  We want our clients to call us, text us, email us, and meet with us to discuss any questions or concerns they may have about training.

eT3 Online

eT3 Online has everything you need to make your entire year a success. Our training plans make sure you do the right workout every day. Our coaches answer your questions and constantly seek to improve every aspect of your training.

Option 1

Self Guided

We offer detailed training plans to properly prepare for your next triathlon as well as plans for specific elements such as swimming, cycling, running, and nutrition.

Option 2

1:1 Base

We provide triathlon training and coaching services for multisport athletes. From first-time participants training for their first sprint to veterans needing to improve their times.

Option 3

1:1 Premium

At T3 it doesn’t matter whether you’re new to triathlon, looking for a PR, or trying to fine tune your Ironman fitness. Athletes of all levels can benefit from working one on one with one of our experienced coaches! We’ve been in your shoes, around the block and odds are – even on the race course! We can help you set realistic goals, understand what to expect, overcome obstacles and make adjustments along the way. It’s coaching tailored to your wants and needs — we’re a partner in helping you to a T3 finish.

Group Training

We provide triathlon training and coaching services for multisport athletes. From first-time participants training for their first sprint to veterans needing to improve their times.  This group environment will provide the motivation and competition you need.  We meet as a group for our hardest weekly workouts.  Misery loves company and competition! #hardwork/dedication

Short Course

This training program is designed for athletes competing in Super Sprint, Sprint and Olympic distance races. Short Course training typically peaks at 15 hours per week.  These races typically take less than 3 hours to complete.

Long Course

This training is for our athletes competing at longer distances and includes half and full aquabike (swim and bike only) as well as half and full Ironman distance races. We peak at 25 hours per week depending on your goal distance.

Saturdays Only

We offer our most popular practice as an option for you to practice with us once per week. We understand you have real lives and work within the constraints placed on you. If you can only make one workout per week with a group, this is the one. It is optimal for your safety and your sanity!
