T3 teaches the complex sport of swimming, biking and running. To truly reach your potential, you must combine these disciplines with vital strength and flexibility training and solid nutritional science… along with strategic training periodization and proven race tactics. This is T3.

Our coaching philosophy is to help you get the most out of your available training time. We don’t believe in junk mileage or useless workouts. We believe every workout has a purpose and our coaches are here to help you reach your goals!

From stay-at-home mothers of four to high-powered executives with insane travel schedules, we have a proven system that will get you from registration day to race day with the support and guidance you need to be your best.

We believe that every athlete can achieve any goal they set their mind to – after all, often mind that is the greatest limiter. We follow a progressive strategy where the workload increases for three weeks, followed by recovery.  This strategy allows you to have both a physical and mental rest where you can catch up on life’s other tasks.
